Megagen International Syposiums
2024, Antalya-Türkiye, Rome-Italy , Cannes-France
In collaboration with my longtime partners at CPM İstanbul, we created a series of international symposiums for the South Korean dental implant company Megagen. The project spanned three countries and venues — Antalya (Turkey), Cannes (France), and Rome (Italy) — each featuring unique stage architectures and screen configurations. The symposiums brought together dental professionals and industry leaders for two-day programs that included keynote presentations, Q&A sessions, motivational talks, and evening attractions.
To maintain visual consistency across such diverse venues, I designed a flexible and adaptive visual identity system capable of fitting different formats and display technologies. The shows featured projection mapping on a central implant sculpture, a cinematic opening film introducing the speakers, animated transitions for each presenter, and ambient background visuals that kept the stage vibrant throughout long presentation hours. We also developed custom visuals for the evening entertainment, ensuring a seamless aesthetic thread across all editions of the symposium.
Balancing creativity with precision across three large-scale international productions was both a technical and artistic challenge. It was deeply rewarding to transform a highly specialized and technical subject into an engaging and visually sophisticated experience, delivered flawlessly across all venues.

Artistic Summary >>>
Because we were planning several symposiums around the world that year, I developed an adaptable visual system that could be easily customized for each event. The design allowed me to adjust visual elements, color palettes, and presenter portraits according to the city and theme of each symposium, while keeping a consistent overall identity.
This modular template was adaptable to different resolutions, screen setups, and presenter lineups, providing both creative flexibility and full predictability for the client — no surprises during production, and a significant reduction in costs and turnaround time.
Here are a few examples from the complete symposium ident design package.
